How To Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment

1. Locate your appointment confirmation email or reminder email in your inbox. Sender is either 'Dr. Shae' or 'Calendly'. Subject is either 'Invitation:' or 'Reminder: Name of Appointment Type'.

2. Open the email.

3. Scroll down until you see 'Need to make changes to this event?' in the confirmation email, or 'Make changes to this event:', located at the bottom of the reminder email.

Steps To Cancel Your Appointment:

1.Click the link after 'Cancel' in the confirmation email, or the 'Cancel' button in the reminder email.

2. Once you have been redirected to the Calendly Event, enter your reason for canceling and click the 'Cancel Event' button. 

3. Once your appointment is canceled, you will be redirected to the confirmation page. 

4. After receiving confirmation, make sure to check your inbox for the cancellation email.

5. Once you have received the email, you're all set!

 

Steps To Reschedule Your Appointment:

1. Click the link after 'Reschedule' in the confirmation email, or the 'Reschedule' button in the reminder email.

2. Once you have been redirected to the scheduling calendar, select your new date. 

3. Once you have selected your date, select your time and click 'Next'. 

   

4. When prompted, enter your reason for rescheduling your appointment, choose your new appointment location (in person or Zoom), add your 3 concerns, enter your phone number, and then click 'Update Event'. 

5. Once your appointment is rescheduled, you will be redirected to the confirmation page.

 

6. After receiving confirmation, make sure to check your inbox for the 'Updated' email.

7. Once you have received the email, you're all set!
